REVISION POLICY
The number of revisions each client is entitled to is based on the package selected from Design Craft US. Clients are allowed the number of revisions stated within their respective package. Our primary goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and to that end, we offer unlimited free revisions as long as:
- The original brief is maintained.
- No major changes are made to the initial requirements.
Revisions will not be entertained if:
- There is a change in project scope or requirements.
- The client requests revisions after approving the initial concept/design.
- The request results from a change of mind or internal disagreement.
Turnaround time for revisions: 2 business days (48 business hours).
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are subject to specific conditions and will not be processed under the following circumstances:
- A special deal or discounted package was purchased.
- The initial design or concept has been approved.
- Cancellation is requested for non-work-related reasons.
- No client response for more than 2 weeks post order placement.
- The client has violated any clause in this policy.
- A third-party designer or company has been approached for the same project.
- The brief lacked key information or was incomplete at the time of order.
- A complete redesign is being demanded.
- The business has closed, or undergone a name/nature change.
- The refund claim is based on “change of mind” or partner disagreement.
- The client purchased a bundle/combo package and is dissatisfied with only a part of the services—refund will apply only to that service, not the entire bundle.
- The refund is requested after 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Budget-intensive services (e.g., Social Media Marketing, SEO, domain registration, web hosting) will not be eligible for refunds under any condition.
- If website design has been approved and the project has moved into development, the refund request will be denied.
Note: Design Craft US reserves the right to reject any refund request or cancel a contract at its discretion without prior notice. Upon refund, all rights of designs and content revert to Design Craft US, and the client forfeits any ownership.

WEBSITE OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS
Upon final payment and approval, full ownership and credentials of the website are transferred to the client. Until dues are cleared, all content and materials remain the intellectual property of Design Craft US. Revision materials and media generated during the design process remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
CONTENT CREATION & POPULATION
Website design/development packages do not include content creation or population unless purchased separately.
If content development is included:
- All provided content will be brand-specific and exclusive.
- Stock images will be added with client approval.
Product/service details must be supplied by the client.
NON-DISCLOSURE & ETHICS POLICY
We strictly maintain confidentiality of all client data. We do not share, rent, or sell any client information to third parties. A binding agreement is signed before project initiation to protect both parties from defamatory actions or unethical behavior after project completion.
Design Craft US, along with all its affiliates and personnel, are committed to ethical conduct and professionalism throughout the engagement.
RECORD MAINTENANCE
Design Craft US maintains a backup of all project files for 1 year. In case of loss, clients must:
- Submit proof of order
- Share proof of payment
- Use the original email or account for file retrieval
Files will only be sent to the registered communication medium used at the time of order.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Our customer support is available 24/7 for assistance. Core working hours are:
- Monday – Friday: 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. (EST)

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Design Craft US provides technical assistance on:

- Hosting via Design Craft US: No additional cost (3rd-party hosting).
- Client-Provided Hosting: We deploy the site; however, we are not responsible for external hosting issues.
Website CMS:
- A user manual is provided for content management.
- No personalized training is included.
Email Setup:
- Email settings are provided.
- Installation or troubleshooting on the client’s end is not included.
